Now, I know what you are wondering: how do I use them? 


It depends on what kind of menstrual product you use. If you use sanitary pads simply place the pad (doesn't matter the size, it works with maxi pads as well as mini liners) inside your Period Panteez panty like you do with any normal knickers; if you are into cloth pads keep in mind that you don't need winged pads as the snug fit of Period Panteez help to keep the pad in place avoiding any eventual pad displacement, all the paddicts out there who are not so keen on winged pads, you should to know that Period Panteez are the panties you are looking for. 

If you are among those whom prefer internal protection instead, Period Panteez should be used as any normal underwear. Whether you use a menstrual cup or natural sponges or tampons (either disposables or washable like cloth or crocheted tampons), whatever is your favourite menstrual protection, Period Panteez are a lifesaver, they avoid any leaking saving your clothes and bed sheets. 




I've tried my Panteez with either cloth pads and menstrual cups and I've never experienced a single leak.
I also wore them during the ovulation days as I get far worse pain and cramps when I ovulate than during my period, and I've found the gentle pressure and support of Period Panteez very helpful.
